Booking Policy

入住與退房
- 入住時間：下午3:00起
- 退房時間：上午11:00前
- 如需提早入住或延遲退房，請提前聯繫房東，視可用情況安排，可能需額外費用
- 抵達前24小時，房東將傳送詳細入住說明及門鎖密碼
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Detailed check-in instructions and door code will be sent 24 hours before arrival
預訂確認
- 所有預訂均需透過本平台完成
- 最低住宿天數：2晚
- 最多住宿天數：30晚
- 預訂確認後，請於24小時內完成付款，否則訂單將自動取消
- 旅客人數不得超過預訂時所填寫的人數
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be completed through this platform
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Maximum stay: 30 nights
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled
- Guest count must not exceed the number stated at time of booking
押金
- 房東或業者可能要求預訂總金額30%以內的可退還損壞押金，須於入住前或入住時直接支付給房東或業者。此費用不由平台收取、處理或管理。
- 退房後5個工作日內，確認無損壞後全額退還
- 若有任何損壞，將從押金中扣除相應金額
Security Deposit
- The property owner or operator may require a refundable security/damage deposit of up to 30% of the total booking amount, payable directly to the property owner or operator before or upon check-in. This deposit is not collected, processed, or managed by the platform.
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 5 business days after check-out, subject to inspection
- Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit

取消政策
Cancellation Policy

彈性取消規則
- 入住前7天以上取消：全額退款（扣除平台服務費）
- 入住前3至7天取消：退還50%住宿費用
- 入住前3天內取消：不退款
- 提前退房：已住宿夜數不予退款，剩餘夜數視情況處理
建議旅客投保旅遊保險，以應對突發狀況造成的取消。
Flexible Cancellation Rules
- 7+ days before check-in: Full refund (minus platform service fees)
- 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund of accommodation costs
- Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
- Early departure: Nights already stayed are non-refundable; remaining nights handled on a case-by-case basis
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
不可抗力條款
- 因天災、地震、颱風或政府強制隔離等不可抗力情況，房東保留提供全額退款或日期更改的權利
- 請保留所有相關官方文件作為申請依據
Force Majeure
- In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, earthquakes, typhoons, or government-mandated quarantine, the host reserves the right to offer a full refund or date change
- Please retain all relevant official documentation to support any claim

基本規則
- 嚴禁吸菸（室內及陽台均禁止）
- 禁止攜帶寵物
- 不接受派對或活動聚會
- 請勿在住宿期間進行任何商業活動
- 房間只允許預訂人數入住，不得有未申報訪客過夜
Basic Rules
- No smoking (strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies)
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
- No commercial activities during the stay
- Only registered guests may stay overnight — no undisclosed visitors
安靜時間與鄰里禮儀
- 安靜時間：晚上10:00至早上8:00
- 請隨時保持合理音量，尊重鄰居
- 禁止在公共區域大聲喧嘩
- 電視與音樂音量請調低，尤其是夜間
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Etiquette
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Please maintain reasonable noise levels at all times, respecting neighbors
- Loud conversations in common areas are not permitted
- Keep TV and music volumes low, especially at night
物品使用與保管
- 請妥善保管鑰匙/門禁卡，遺失需賠償NT$500
- 退房前請將垃圾分類並置於指定地點
- 鍋碗瓢盆使用後請清洗乾淨
- 請勿移動房間內家具配置
- 空調請節約使用，離房時請關閉所有電器
- 任何損壞請立即通知房東
Property Care
- Please safeguard your key/access card; loss incurs a NT$500 replacement fee
- Sort and dispose of trash in designated areas before check-out
- Please wash all used cookware and utensils
- Do not rearrange the furniture
- Use air conditioning responsibly; turn off all appliances when leaving
- Please notify the host immediately of any damage

- 禁止攜帶危險物品（易燃物、爆炸物等）
- 禁止使用明火（蠟燭、香等）
- 出門時請確認門窗已鎖好
- 請遵守大樓安全規定與緊急逃生指示
Safety Rules

- No open flames (candles, incense, etc.)
- Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving
- Follow all building safety regulations and emergency evacuation instructions

資料收集
- 為完成訂房，我們將透過預訂平台取得您的姓名、聯絡方式及付款資訊
- 依台灣法規，我們可能需要收集旅客護照或身分證資料作為登記用途
- 我們不會主動收集超出住宿服務所需的個人資料
Data Collection
- To process your booking, we receive your name, contact details and payment information through the booking platform
- In accordance with local regulations, we may be required to collect passport or ID information for registration purposes
- We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to provide accommodation services
監控設備聲明
- 房源入口處設有門鈴攝影機（室外），僅用於安全目的
- 室內無任何監控或錄影設備
- 門鎖記錄功能僅記錄門鎖開關時間，不涉及個人影像
我們尊重您的隱私，所有監控設備均已於本平台物件頁面上完整揭露。
Surveillance Disclosure
- A doorbell camera is installed at the property entrance (exterior only) for security purposes
- There are no surveillance or recording devices inside the property
- Smart lock logs record entry/exit times only and do not capture personal images
We respect your privacy. All monitoring devices are fully disclosed on the property listing page.
資料使用與保護
- 您的個人資料僅用於住宿安排及必要的法規遵循用途
- 我們不會將您的資料出售或分享給任何第三方，法律要求除外
- 所有資料依台灣個人資料保護法規妥善保管
- 退房後，您的個人資料將依法定期限保存後予以刪除
Data Use & Protection
- Your personal data is used solely for accommodation arrangements and necessary regulatory compliance
- We do not sell or share your data with any third parties, except as required by law
- All data is securely managed in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act
- After check-out, your personal data will be retained for the legally required period and then securely deleted
